Green LLP is a business litigation boutique. We represent large, publicly-traded corporations, local businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial disputes. We litigate in state and federal courts, at the trial and appellate levels, and before arbitration panels. We handle a diverse array of business disputes including business contract disputes, insurance disputes, commercial real estate disputes, claims for fraud, unfair competition, interference with contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and trademark and copyright infringement. Basically, we litigate. And we do it well.

Green LLP is committed to providing high-quality, cost-effective legal services. Our hourly rates are reasonable, and we do entertain alternative billing arrangements such as flat fees or contingency fees where appropriate. We communicate frequently with our clients so that they are never surprised by a bill - unless they are pleasantly surprised.
