  Green LLP prevailed in the Court of Appeal on behalf of its client, Corinthian Colleges. The Court of Appeal affirmed a trial court judgment in Corinthian's favor in a commercial lease dispute involving the exercise by Corinthian of an early termination clause. The result saved Corinthian more than $1 million in potential damages.

  Todd Green defends a large restaurant chain in a class action lawsuit alleging unpaid overtime wages. Todd successfully opposes the plaintiffs' motion for class certification and the case settles shortly thereafter.

  Todd Green obtains a complete defense verdict for his client, a commercial tenant, in a declaratory relief action regarding whether his client had properly exercised a right to terminate the lease early. This result saves the client in excess of $1 million in rent.
